Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.

• Ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and according to project specifications.

• Manage and guide site labor and subcontractors.

• Maintain quality control and compliance with engineering drawings and standards.

• Report progress to project management and resolve on-site issues proactively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a foreman in civil/building construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred
