Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise construction activities on site, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works

Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules

Monitor daily labor productivity and manage subcontractor workforces

Maintain site discipline and enforce company policies and safety procedures

Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, and site engineers to achieve project milestones

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Identify potential delays, bottlenecks, and resource shortages and recommend corrective actions

Participate in site meetings and coordination sessions with consultants and subcontractors

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all work complies with project QA/QC plans, standards, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements

Inspect workmanship and materials for quality and compliance

Report non-conformance issues (NCRs) and assist in corrective actions

Safety & HSE Compliance

Enforce HSE policies, safety regulations, and site safety procedures

Conduct toolbox talks and site safety briefings for labor teams

Monitor site for unsafe conditions and ensure proper risk mitigation

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily logs, work progress reports, manpower records, and equipment usage

Support preparation of as-built drawings, handover documentation, and close-out reports

Assist site engineers in documenting RFIs, variations, and change orders
