Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work execution as per project schedules, drawings, and quality standards.

  2. Coordinate and manage site workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and material allocation for smooth project operations.

  3. Monitor progress of civil works including concrete, formwork, finishing, and structural activities at site.

  4. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, safety procedures, and company policies during all construction activities.

  5. Assist site engineers and project managers in resolving operational and technical issues to avoid project delays.

  6. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain records of manpower, work progress, and material usage.

  7. Ensure proper housekeeping, productivity, and quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have experience in high-rise and group villa projects

  • Experience with A-tier main contractors is mandatory

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews
