Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are executed according to project timelines and specifications.

  • Coordinate and schedule labor resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize downtime on the job.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.

  • Communicate with Engineer to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field

  • Ability to read and understand site plans and specifications

  • Relevant vocational training or trade certification preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or a related field

  • Experience with Villa projects is essential.
