Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan activities and distribution of work, give directions and delegate tasks in a proficient manner to both Factory and installation teams.
Coordinate with Production Manager, Carpentry, Paint and Installation Foremen to ensure continuous productivity of wood factory, paint factory and installation.
Supervising the production team, ensuring the proper workflow and the applicability of the production processes.
Visit sites to ensure proper installation.
Follow up and report any non-conformity to Production Manager.
Develop Subordinates and handle their monthly performance appraisal.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Full knowledge of carpentry production process, execution details and Installation process.
Ability to read drawings and prepare cutting list
Ability to Lead by Example
Possess time management skills and Problem-solving thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and with time restraints to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate properly with different levels (administrative, production team, clients when needed)
May be required to travel
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of carpentry experience in supervisory position.
