Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve inventory, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly selected, packaged securely, and labeled accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste, contributing to a productive workspace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable; experience operating warehouse equipment is required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting; demonstrating a solid understanding of warehouse operations.
