Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Record journal entries and ensure all business transactions are accurately documented.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by delivering accurate financial data.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities in accounts and financial records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting processes and systems.
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
