Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervising the maintenance of agricultural equipment (irrigation motors, water pumps, drip and sprinkler irrigation networks).

Maintaining tractors and agricultural equipment.

Monitoring internal electrical systems and control panels.

Inspecting and maintaining wells, water tanks, and supply networks.

Maintaining generators and monitoring their operational efficiency.

Detecting and repairing faults immediately to prevent production downtime.

Supervising the maintenance of sorting, grading, and packing equipment.

Monitoring the maintenance of cold and pre-cooling rooms.

Inspecting conveyor belts and packaging machines.

Monitoring temperature and humidity control systems.

Ensuring equipment readiness during export seasons.

Preparing monthly and annual preventative maintenance plans. - Scheduling and ensuring the completion of routine maintenance.

Managing the team of technicians and workers and assigning tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Power).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during export seasons.
  • Continuous on-site presence.
  • Willingness to work overtime in emergencies.
  • Commuting between the farm and the export terminal.
