Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To ensure the operation, maintenance and optimization of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems, in order to guarantee thermal comfort, air quality and continuity of service of the installations
Perform maintenance, monitoring and recording according to the equipment maintenance plan.
Preventing anomalies and breakdowns, intervening to diagnose and resolve malfunctions
Supervise supplier performance
Carry out the preventative measures according to the schedule and instructions.
Ensure compliance of internal and external interventions
Carry out corrective action quickly in case of failure on the listed equipment.
Participate in the analysis of failures and propose technical improvements or evolutions of preventive and predictive plans.
Participate in improving performance, reducing downtime, and optimizing spare parts replacement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications / Authorizations
- Technical training (BTS HVAC, Refrigeration, Energy)
- Certificate of competence in handling refrigerants
- Electrical certification would be an asset

- Frequent travel between the three Safran Tunisia sites
- Occasional on-site presence on weekends and holidays
