Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or in Automotive Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive aftersales management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior aftersales leadership role (Service Manager, Aftersales Director, General Manager, or similar).
  • Extensive background in managing:
    • Service workshops
    • Parts and accessories operations
    • Assembly & production teams
    • Customer service front-line teams
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams (service advisors, technicians, parts staff, workshop controllers, warranty teams).
  • Experience managing multi-location service centers or high-volume after-sales environments is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Diagnostic systems and software
    • Vehicle service processes
    • Repair quality assurance
    • Warranty claim processes
    • Workshop workflow optimization
    • Preventive maintenance and repair scheduling
  • Strong command of: P&L management/ Revenue forecasting/ Margin analysis/ Cost optimization / KPI tracking and reporting.
