Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement factory strategic plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance and strategic plans.
Develop and manage factory budgets, production costs, and CAPEX.
Monitor KPIs, production costs, wastage, and profitability.
Recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
Drive initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Oversee all production activities for Concentrates and IQF products.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining product quality and compliance with standards.
Manage relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, BRC).
Promote a safety culture throughout the factories.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (MBA is a plus).
15+ years of experience in food manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong experience in fruit processing, concentrates, freezing (IQF), or FMCG food manufacturing.
Proven track record in managing multi-site or large-scale factory operations.
Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC).
