Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to construction teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of construction projects.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Report to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
