Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proven track record of setting up or managing an equine hospital facility
Strong understanding of equine clinical operations, hospital design, and veterinary regulatory requirements
Experience with medical equipment procurement and commissioning
Desirable:
Experience in the GCC equine industry
Certifications in Hospital Management, Project Management (PMP), or Clinical Leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent; specialization in Equine Medicine/Surgery preferred.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in equine veterinary practice.
- Proven track record of setting up or managing an equine hospital or major veterinary facility.
- Strong understanding of equine clinical operations, hospital design, and veterinary regulatory requirements.
- Experience with medical equipment procurement and commissioning.
