Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, distribution, warehousing, and logistics operations

  • Drive revenue growth and expand market coverage across KSA

  • Manage distributor network, key accounts, and retail channels (modern & traditional trade)

  • Lead P&L, budgeting, and overall business performance

  • Optimize supply chain, inventory, and route-to-market strategies

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards

  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12–18 years of FMCG experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong background in FMCG distribution companies (food & non-food)

  • Proven experience in Saudi market with strong distributor/retail network/modern trade, wholesale & traditional channels

  • Solid P&L management and commercial acumen

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Arabic language skills (advantage)
