Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the group’s growth objectives.

  • Oversee and manage all company branches and business units.

  • Lead Sales & Marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.

  • Supervise project execution and ensure site performance meets quality and timeline standards.

  • Oversee factory operations, production flow, and supply chain coordination.

  • Implement structured KPIs, reporting systems, and performance monitoring across departments.

  • Ensure financial discipline, cost control, and budget management.

  • Improve internal processes, team coordination, and operational efficiency.

  • Drive accountability and performance culture across the organization.

  • Support expansion planning and business development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in construction, contracting, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Proven experience managing multi-department operations (Sales, Projects, Factory).

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Experience in building operational systems and improving business structures.

  • Solid understanding of financial management and cost control.

  • Ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously.

  • Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
