To lead and transform the Civil, Scaffolding, Formworks, and Fit-Out business into a fully accountable profit center, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and market growth. The role will ensure sustainable 10% year-on-year growth by combining strong technical delivery, disciplined P&L management, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

● Set and execute strategy for Civil, Scaffolding, Formworks, and Fit-Out.

● Transition to profit-center model with defined revenue and margin targets.

● Grow external market share while serving internal demand.

2. Business & Financial Management

● Own full P&L with ≥10% annual growth.

● Prepare budgets and forecasts; control costs.

● Apply SLA-based pricing internally and competitive models externally.

3. Operations & Delivery

● Oversee execution across disciplines with focus on time, cost, quality, and safety.

● Optimize workforce productivity across internal and external projects.

4. Business Development & Client Relations

● Build an external client base through prequels and partnerships.

● Maintain strong SLA-driven relationships with internal units.

5. Governance & Compliance

● Ensure compliance with DoA, contracts, and policies.

● Monitor performance through KPIs, governance, and HSE/Quality standards.

6. People Leadership

● Lead and develop engineers, supervisors, and labor.

● Foster high-performance culture and succession planning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ● Annual revenue growth ≥10%. ● Net margin achievement vs. budget. ● % of external vs. internal projects (target mix defined by strategy). ● SLA adherence and internal client satisfaction. ● Safety performance (TRIR, LTIR). ● Project delivery: on-time, on-budget, quality compliance. ● Staff retention, capability development, and productivity.
