• develop and deploy the strategic plan (exploration, production, diversification).
  
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities (joint ventures).
  
• Supervise risk management (geological, financial, operational).

• To guide all projects towards operational implementation
  
• Supervise mining operations: extraction, pre-treatment, exploitation, logistics and marketing.
  
• Optimize production and logistics costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (permits, site rehabilitation).

• Prepare and present the annual budgets to the Board of Directors.
  
• Negotiating marketing contracts with clients (key accounts and suppliers (strategic investments).
  
• Managing relationships with banks.

• Lead the management team and recruit the skills according to operational management needs.
  
• Ensure the training and development of staff
  
• To promote a culture of excellence, mutuality and interpersonal solidarity.
• Managing social relations on the sites (union negotiations, etc.).

• Represent the company to mining authorities and local communities.
  
• D. Develop CSR (corporate social responsibility) initiatives: local training.
  
• Ensure regulatory monitoring.

• Report to the Board of Directors.
  
• Ensuring good governance and organizational optimization
• Obtain the necessary international certifications.

Formation:

• Higher education diploma (Bac+4 or higher) in management, commerce, finance, statistics, or engineering (Polytechnic, mining, geology).
• Further training in management (MBA, PGS or equivalent)
  

Exp rience:

• Experience in the mining sector or a similar sector (industry, energy, steel industry, etc.) is preferred.
  
• Overall experience in the role of senior manager (CEO, Managing Director or Chairman of the Board) or executive (Deputy Managing Director, senior manager, team leader or manager, central director)
