Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To define and manage the company's overall strategy
- Supervise all activities (commercial, financial, operational)
- To ensure the management and development of teams
- To monitor the performance, profitability and growth of the company
- Represent the company to partners, clients and institutions
- Implement action plans and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify opportunities for development and innovation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in management, commerce or equivalent
- Proven experience in team management and strategic leadership
- Strong leadership and excellent decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Required experience: 5-10 years in a senior management or strategic leadership role
