Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- General Manager
- Ensures the performance and competitiveness of the company
- Represents the company to financial and commercial partners.
- Identify the financial risk and propose solutions
- Oversee annual budgets and monitor their execution - Identify new growth opportunities
- Negotiating with banks, suppliers and financial partners.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a CEO and finance role. Solid experience in financial management and business leadership.
- Master's degree (BAC +5) in finance or management. Additional training in strategic management.
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, video conferencing tools, management ERP
- Languages: French, English, Arabic
- Travel to see (Wilaya/ Outside Wilaya)
Desired Candidate Profile
Works in close collaboration with:
- The sales department, logistics department, HR department, auditors, financial partners.
- To ensure the overall management of the company and to steer its financial strategy.
