• To define and implement the company's strategic directions.
• To define objectives, monitor and ensure the financial profitability of activities.
• develop business plans for the different activities of the company.
• Ensure reporting both financial (income statement, budget, cash flow, profitability, etc.) and operational.
• Maximizing profit through a judicious choice of product range and the development of high-potential sectors.
• Coordination and optimization of resources covering credit management, purchasing, production, marketing, human resources, quality assurance and safety, hygiene and environmental protection.
• Setting up the organization in order to achieve the assigned objectives.
• Monitoring and implementation of ongoing projects and new activities.
• To manage and develop the skills of one's employees.
• Implementation of a performance evaluation and verification system (KPIs) covering operations, investments and other aspects related to HSSE policy.
• Ensure compliance with the code of conduct and the integrity of the team.
• Apply the company's policy regarding financial balance, particularly concerning the management of customer receivables.
• Anticipate risks (technical, financial, legal, contractual, customer-related, etc.) and implement preventive and evolving actions to manage them.
• Conduct market research, implement new commercial offers, and evolve current offers.
• Represent the company within its scope of activity, particularly with the relevant institutional authority.
• Any other general mission that could promote the expansion of the company.
