Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations across multiple retail branches
Plan and execute expansion strategies, including opening new locations
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
Drive sales performance across retail stores and e-commerce platforms
Develop and implement marketing and business growth strategies
Ensure high standards in customer service and after-sales operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics retail, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in opening and managing multiple retail branches
Strong leadership and team management experience
Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
Experience in after-sales/service center operations is a plus
Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development
Experience in e-commerce and online sales growth
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
