Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the company s overall operations, setting strategic goals and ensuring their achievement.
- Oversee the sales function, develop new business opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage and coach department heads to achieve performance excellence across all functions.
- Ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Analyze financial and operational results to recommend and implement improvements.
- Represent the company with key partners, clients, and suppliers.
- Report directly to the board of directors and support strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (lighting).
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (such as Sales Manager or Unit Sales Manager with more than 200 M annual target)
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong business acumen and market awareness in lighting and automation sectors.
