Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and organized work environment.
  2. Oversee administrative functions including office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  3. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures across all departments.
  4. Monitor office expenses and coordinate with the finance department for budget tracking.
  5. Act as the central point of contact for all Egypt-based departments (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Digital Marketing, Sales, etc.).
  6. Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
  7. Supervise all departments to ensure they are meeting their defined KPIs and performance targets in line with company strategy.
  8. Support department heads on problem-solving, resource allocation, and operational challenges.
  9. Supervise and support HR operations in Egypt including recruitment support, onboarding, payroll submission, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  11. Promote a positive office culture and resolve escalated employee issues.
  12. Coordinate with the finance team on taxation, bookkeeping, audits, and budget controls.
  13. Ensure compliance with local financial, labor, and business regulations.
  14. Support in preparing financial and administrative reports for headquarters.
  15. Act as the main liaison with Egyptian government authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, Tax Authority, Investment Authority, etc.).
  16. Manage company licenses, permits, social insurance registration, and renewals.
  17. Ensure legal compliance regarding contracts, corporate documentation, and employee-related legal requirements.
  18. Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects.
  19. Monitor KPIs and performance for Egypt office operations.
  20. Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives.
  21. Prepare regular reports on office performance, risks, and operational updates for HQ.
  22. Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to ensure business continuity.
  23. Represent the Egypt office in meetings with external stakeholders and service providers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 8 year of experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
