This role suits a leader with experience in education management, capable of balancing academic standards, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and development of the distance learning institution.
• Oversee academic operations, programs, and content quality.
• Ensure compliance with education regulations, accreditation requirements, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute institutional growth and enrollment strategies.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
• Build and lead academic, administrative, and support teams.
• Establish partnerships with educational bodies, trainers, and certification entities.
• Represent the institution with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a senior academic or executive management role.
• Proven background in education, training, or academic institutions.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and governance capabilities.
• Experience managing academic teams, operations, and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
