Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall vision, strategy and business plans for feed manufacturing and agricultural operations.
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs and procedures for all departments and ensure they are effectively implemented.
  • Oversee daily operations of the feed factory in Sadat City and agricultural activities in West Minya to ensure efficiency, quality and cost control.
  • Manage and supervise finance and accounting, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and review of financial statements and reports.
  • Lead sales and business development for feed and agricultural products, grow existing business and open new markets and channels.
  • Coordinate between production, agriculture, sales and finance to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing management team, ensuring clear roles, accountability and performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local laws and regulations related to feed manufacturing, agriculture, environment and safety.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and financial reports and recommendations to the owners/board.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate studies is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in:

Feed manufacturing / feed mills, and

Agricultural operations / agribusiness.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of animal feed production processes and agricultural field operations.
  • Solid experience in finance and accounting (budgets, P&L, cost control, working capital).
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the feed or agriculture sector.
  • Experience with ERP or management information systems is an advantage.

Personal Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action and results.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Sadat City.
