Roles & Responsibilities

General Manager

ACO Construction Company:
Founded in 2008, ACO-Construction is a full-service construction and engineering firm specializing in turnkey projects, industrial facilities, steel structures, electromechanical works, and maintenance solutions.

Role Overview:
The GM will oversee all operations with a focus on industrial projects. The role includes driving growth, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and operations across all departments.

Manage full life cycle of industrial projects (factories, plants, warehouses).

Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance.

Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Drive business development and client relations.

Manage risks and improve processes.

Lead senior staff recruitment and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile


Qualifications:

Bachelor s in Engineering/Construction (MBA a plus).

15+ years in construction, 5+ in senior leadership.

Strong industrial project experience.

Expertise in finance, contracts, HSE, and risk management.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
