Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives.

- Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and assess potential risks.

- Create and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.

2. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and customer segments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and suppliers.

- Lead negotiations for major contracts, tenders, and partnerships.

3. Operational Management:

- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the organization.

- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.

4. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the executive team.

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in the electrical industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.
