Our client is a leading large company in the field of Glass Manufacturing, specifically specializing in glass container production. With a robust presence in the industrial sector, they are seeking a visionary and highly experienced General Manager to oversee their extensive operations in Jeddah, KSA. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring financial sustainability, and maintaining the company s competitive edge in the regional and international markets.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and operational strategies to achieve the long-term goals set by the owners.
  

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire glass container manufacturing process, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Financial Oversight: Manage the annual budget, P&L, and capital expenditures to ensure maximum profitability and cost-efficiency across all departments.

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Streamline procurement of raw materials and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely delivery to domestic and international clients.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to KSA labor laws, environmental regulations, and international safety standards (ISO) within the manufacturing facility.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the facility operations and the owners, providing regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of the senior management team to foster a culture of high performance and technical innovation.
