Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across design, construction, and manufacturing divisions.
- Develop and implement business strategies that support growth and efficiency.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and company performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Strengthen organizational structure and empower department leaders.
- Represent the company in key meetings and major projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience (preferably in design and construction).
- Proven success in business management, operations, and strategic planning.
- Strong financial acumen and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
