Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end leadership across projects, operations, commercial, finance, and people Own delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring time, cost, quality, and cash-flow discipline Serve as the primary interface with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Strengthen project close-out, billing, claims, and commercial controls Lead and develop senior management, project teams, QS, and engineering functions Drive operational governance, reporting, and risk management for the Board Support selective business development, tender strategy, and sustainable growth
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM/ Operations Director/Project Director) Experience sourcing and successfully bidding infrastructure tenders in the GCC. Demonstrated success managing complex projects and demanding stakeholders Strong commercial and contractual acumen (variations, claims, final accounts, cash flow) Confident, credible presence in client-facing and consultant-facing environments A hands-on, accountable leader who brings structure, urgency, and clarity UAE / GCC experience strongly preferred
