Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire all departments to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
- Direct the overall management and strategic direction of the property ensuring all departments align with key objectives
- Ensure compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
- Ensure that KPI s goals are met
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, training, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and owner
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a 5-star hotel
- Strong financial skill and operational expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining high service standards.
- Fluency in English & French. Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
