Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master s preferred)
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior executive (10+ years preferred)
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management
Ability to lead change and manage diverse teams
Results-oriented with a proactive approach
