Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all Projects and Maintenance
activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
The candidate should possess strong experience in Projects and Maintenance, troubleshooting,
and operation of industrial electrical systems, automation equipment, and heavy machinery used
in metal processing/manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Projects and Maintenance team for smooth plant operations.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum uptime of plant machinery and electrical systems.
Monitor and maintain electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with production, projects, and utility departments for maintenance planning.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues efficiently.
Manage spare parts, maintenance records, shutdown activities, and vendor coordination.
Handle installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and
equipment.

Draw Bench Machines

EOT Cranes

Harmonic Filter Panels
DC & AC Drives
PLC Panels
Soft Starters
Industrial Automation Systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 20–25 years of relevant industrial projects and maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution systems and automation.
Experience in metal, copper, aluminum, or rolling mill industries preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills.
Team leadership and manpower handling.
Knowledge of PLC programming and drive systems.
Maintenance planning and shutdown management.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 20–25 years of experience in industrial projects and maintenance within metal, copper, aluminum, extrusion, rolling mill, or heavy manufacturing industries.
Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of heavy industrial machinery and automation systems.
Proven expertise in handling Upcaster Lines, Konform/Extrusion Machines, Draw Bench Machines, Rolling Mills, Induction Furnaces, EOT Cranes, DG Sets, PLC Panels, AC/DC Drives, and Industrial Automation Systems.
Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution systems, synchronization panels, harmonic filters, power factor correction systems, and motor control systems.
Experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
Ability to lead maintenance teams, manage shutdowns, and ensure maximum plant uptime and operational efficiency.
Good understanding of electrical safety standards, statutory compliance, and industrial best practices.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience in vendor coordination, spare parts planning, and maintenance documentation.
Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
GCC/UAE industrial experience preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
