Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Country General Manager and functionally to the Regional Chief Commercial Officer, you will take full accountability for defining and executing the commercial strategy in Egypt. This high-profile role combines strategic vision with operational execution across a complex sales organization, requiring a strong commercial mindset, market insight, and the ability to deliver results in a matrixed multinational environment.
You will lead and inspire the sales function to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains across projects, distribution, retail, and specification-driven channels, while identifying new opportunities and strengthening the company's position across key segments. Your impact will include:
- Delivering commercial results while ensuring sales excellence, compliance, and governance.
- Driving market expansion and strategic partnerships with developers, contractors, distributors, and key clients.
- Developing and empowering a high-performing sales team, building succession depth and exceeding objectives.
- Representing the business externally and shaping the commercial roadmap for sustainable growth.

Desired Candidate Profile
You have a minimum of 15 years' proven experience as a Sales Director, ideally within a multinational construction or building materials organization in Egypt. You hold a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration and bring a strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. You possess excellent technical knowledge of construction and building materials, enabling you to drive commercial decisions with confidence. You are adept at collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, including logistics, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.br> br>Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, allowing you to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and have a track record of delivering sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and high-performing teams.
