Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse front- and back-of-house team.

Drive performance across revenue, cost control, and guest experience KPIs.

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Foster lasting guest relationships and ensure consistent brand experience.

Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility.

Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

5 7 years experience as a General Manager in fine dining or upmarket restaurant environments.

  • Strong leadership and operational management track record.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English required; Italian or Arabic an advantage.
  • Professional, polished, and detail-oriented.
  • Deep understanding of guest service within luxury F&B settings.
