Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and addressing safety hazards and maintenance needs.
- Perform maintenance of Kitchen and Laundry equipment, painting, and other minor repairs as needed, maintaining the hotel's aesthetic appeal.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, using diagnostic tools and technical expertise, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and repair all hotel mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure optimal functionality and guest comfort.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
