Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling to patients and their families.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results to inform clinical decisions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress, adjusting care as necessary.
- Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when advanced care is required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with current clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with medical advancements.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for patients and staff within the clinic or healthcare facility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner.
- Minimum of 0 and maximum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and upholding ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare management systems.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
