Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate general services (maintenance, security, supply, etc.)
- Supervise the management of company equipment.
- Receive and process requests from structures and projects for consumable maintenance products and office equipment necessary for the various departments.
- Manage external providers and service contracts.
- Implement procedures to optimize costs and resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in force.
- Manage budgets allocated to general services and monitor expenses.
- Keep the asset inventory file up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +4.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the management of General Means services.
- Excellent command of computer tools.
- Mastering ERP software is preferred.
- Skills in project management, negotiation, and management.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force.
