Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:   

  • Coordinate general services (maintenance, security, supply, etc.)
  • Supervise the management of company equipment.
  • Receive and process requests from structures and projects for consumable maintenance products and office equipment necessary for the various departments.
  • Manage external providers and service contracts.
  • Implement procedures to optimize costs and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in force.
  • Manage budgets allocated to general services and monitor expenses.
  • Keep the asset inventory file up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac +4.
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in the management of General Means services.
  • Excellent command of computer tools.
  • Mastering ERP software is preferred.
  • Skills in project management, negotiation, and management.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force.
