Roles & Responsibilities

General Services Manager


Manage and supervise the company's general services (maintenance, security, hygiene, transport, catering, etc.). Manage the real estate and furniture portfolio (premises, equipment, supplies). Monitor service contracts (cleaning, security, technical maintenance, etc.). Manage routine purchases related to general services and ensure cost control. Implement and monitor internal procedures related to general services. Skills in negotiation, organization, and budget monitoring. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management software).

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in Management, Administration, Logistics or equivalent. Experience in managing general resources or services is preferred.
