Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the management and maintenance of the premises (minor repairs, monitoring of technical interventions).
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment: electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, office equipment
- Manage the supply: consumables, supplies, small equipment.
- Monitor external service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance).
- Organize and supervise the layout of workspaces.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of the facilities.
- Reacting quickly to unforeseen events to guarantee the comfort and safety of staff
- Sense of organization and responsiveness.
- Technical concepts (building maintenance, logistics).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Reliability, autonomy and a sense of service.
