Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of general services. 
  • Managing the company's assets, logistics and operations
  • Monitor and manage the vehicle fleet and its maintenance
  • Manage local purchases and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Organize and participate in inventories
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of outdoor areas.
  • Supervise the drivers' schedules
  • Negotiate prices, delivery times and payment terms with suppliers
  • Develop the specifications
  • Prepare the purchase orders
  • Receive and check orders
  • Analyze prices, quality, and delivery times
  • Create comparative tables of offers
  • Participate in procurement procedures
