Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Perform surgical procedures with precision and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, including diagnostic tests and imaging, to ensure surgical readiness and minimize complications.
  • Manage post-operative care, monitoring patient recovery and addressing any complications that may arise.
  • Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques and technologies through continuous education and professional development.
  • Maintain meticulous surgical records, documenting procedures, outcomes, and follow-up care for ongoing quality assurance.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about surgical options and preventive health measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree, with a focus on surgery from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in General Surgery is highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards of surgical practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a surgical setting, showcasing proficiency in a range of surgical procedures.
  • Candidates of all nationalities are encouraged to apply, with a preference for those who are legally authorized to work in the country.
  • With excellent communication skills in English or Arabic is preferred, with additional language proficiency being a significant advantage for patient communication.
  • Strong technical skills in both open and minimally invasive surgical techniques, ensuring adaptability to various surgical scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong rapport with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Demonstrated resilience and the ability to perform under pressure, maintaining composure in high-stakes surgical environments.
