General Surgeon (Part-Time / Revenue Share)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Surgeon to join a well-established private multi-specialty hospital in Sharjah on a part-time / session-based basis. This role offers a highly flexible working model with strong earning potential through revenue sharing, supported by an existing patient base and referral network.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient consultations and surgical management for general surgery cases
• Perform a range of general surgical procedures, including minimally invasive (laparoscopic) surgeries where applicable
• Diagnose and treat conditions related to the gastrointestinal tract, soft tissues, hernias, and minor surgical conditions
• Ensure high standards of pre-operative and post-operative care
• Collaborate with internal referral networks and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations

Compensation & Benefits

• Revenue Share Model: 50% 70% (depending on case mix and procedures)
