Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and routine servicing.
Repair and maintain equipment, fixtures, and building systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair works.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and according to company standards.
Monitor equipment performance and report major issues to supervisors.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Prepare maintenance reports and service records.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
