Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We’re hiring General Trades Technician FM Civil Carpenter/Mason or Painter is to carryout preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance within a facilities management civil works section, individually or as part of a technical team within the designated section of the business operations.
- Execute carpentry tasks such as installing doors, framing, and building custom fixtures, contributing to both functionality and design.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing urgent issues and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates should hold an Industrial Training Institute(ITI) certificate or Diploma (2 year duration) in Carpentry/Masonry/Painting
- At least 2 years work experience in Facility Maintenance work, skilled with mutli-civil works and assets maintenance
- Role is open for applicants outside the UAE.
