Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage visa services, including employment, visit, and family visas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.

  • Handle PRO services by coordinating with government authorities for document submissions, approvals, renewals, and legal formalities.

  • Assist clients with travel and tourism services such as ticketing, documentation, and basic itinerary support.

  • Support trade license registration, renewals, and provide basic business consultation for company setup and related services.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by guiding clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining proper documentation and records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or typing is an advantage.

  • 0–1 year of experience in a typing center, administrative role, or customer service role; freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with good typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
