Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and manage visa services, including employment, visit, and family visas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
Handle PRO services by coordinating with government authorities for document submissions, approvals, renewals, and legal formalities.
Assist clients with travel and tourism services such as ticketing, documentation, and basic itinerary support.
Support trade license registration, renewals, and provide basic business consultation for company setup and related services.
Deliver excellent customer service by guiding clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining proper documentation and records.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or typing is an advantage.
0–1 year of experience in a typing center, administrative role, or customer service role; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with good typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
