Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with visa applications, business services, and general documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Prepare, type, and review documents in line with company and government requirements, maintaining clear and organized records.

  • Support daily PRO and administrative tasks, including handling basic government-related processes and follow-ups.

  • Provide general guidance to customers on services such as visas, licensing, and travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth experience.

  • Collaborate with team members to manage client requests, organize files, and complete tasks efficiently and on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or typing is an advantage.

  • Basic experience (0–1 year) in a typing center, administrative role, or customer service environment is preferred.

  • Familiarity with visa processing, documentation, or government-related services in the UAE is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for document preparation and data entry.

  • Good typing speed and accuracy, with attention to detail when handling official documents.
