We are seeking an experienced Generator Specialist to join our team and support the overhaul and maintenance of Siemens & GE generators. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with rotor and stator exchanges, bearing replacements, and other generator maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Overhaul Siemens & GE generators, including rotor and stator exchanges, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform bearing replacements and repairs on a variety of generator models.
• Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance and overhaul activities.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the overhaul process, from preparation to completion.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of generator shutdowns and maintenance schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience with Siemens & GE generator overhauls.
• Strong understanding of generator components and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience working with a variety of generator models and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or training in generator maintenance and repair.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the power generation or energy sector.
