About the Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging, inquiry-led lessons that connect the local and global, the past and the present. You will guide students in understanding human and physical processes, analysing change over time, and developing a deep appreciation of global interdependence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with ICS s curriculum and learning principles.
Fostering curiosity, debate, and critical thinking through innovative teaching methods.
Using assessment effectively to inform planning and support student progress.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Supporting students wellbeing through our pastoral care framework.
Contributing to co-curricular activities and school life beyond the classroom.

About You
We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds a recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree.
Has a track record of excellence in secondary Geography teaching for iGCSE up to A Level.
Builds strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Is reflective, innovative, and committed to continual professional growth.
Is enthusiastic about working within a multicultural context and embracing global-minded education.
Models the values of optimism, open-mindedness, and collaboration central to our #WeAreICS ethos.
