Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct site investigations including borehole logging and trial pits

2. Supervise drilling, sampling, and in-situ tests (SPT, CPT, etc.)

3. Identify and classify soil and rock strata

4. Ensure proper sample collection and coordination with laboratory testing

5. Prepare field logs, reports, and documentation

6. Coordinate with engineers, lab teams, and project staff

7. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or related field

2. 2–5 years of experience in geotechnical investigations

3. Strong knowledge of soil classification and logging

4. Familiarity with SPT, CPT, and field testing methods

5. Good communication and reporting skills
